Returns & Refunds Policy

At BabyCalm, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds in accordance with UK consumer law.


1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Items must be returned:
    •  Unused and in original condition
    •  With original packaging where possible
    •  With proof of purchase


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds will include:
    •  The cost of the product
    • 
The standard delivery cost paid during checkout (if applicable)

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:

    •  Faulty
    •  Damaged
    •  Incorrect

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


4. Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to goods that are:

    •  As described
    •  Of satisfactory quality
    •  Fit for purpose

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

    •  Your order number
    •  Photos of the item
    •  Photos of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund where appropriate.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time:

    1.  Check your bank account again
    2.  Contact your payment provider or credit card company
    3.  Contact us for assistance


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact our support team.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
If the order has already been shipped, you may still exercise your 14-day cancellation right and return the item after delivery.
